With 16 years of experience in manufacturing, Lisa brings a wealth of expertise in production operations, logistics, and leadership. Since joining RGH in August 2023 as Production Control Co-ordinator, she has played a pivotal role in aligning production and logistics — supporting everything from planning and material coordination to MRP system development and KPI delivery.

Getting to Know Me

What I Do at RGH

Lisa’s role is central to keeping RGH’s production operations running efficiently. She supports both the logistics and production teams, contributing to supply chain management, quality control, and continuous improvement initiatives.

On a daily basis, Lisa manages production planning, material coordination, capacity checking, BOM updates, and purchasing cross-training — all while monitoring KPIs and working closely with the IT and Production Control Managers to optimise the MRP system.

Her attention to detail and process-driven approach help ensure production runs smoothly, reliably, and to the highest standards.

    How did you build your career in production?

    I’ve worked across multiple roles in the manufacturing sector — from Production Operative to Section Leader. Along the way I gained hands-on expertise in production, dispatch, and stores, before moving into leadership and management. Each role gave me a strong foundation in training staff, improving efficiency, and ensuring health and safety compliance.

    What do you enjoy most about your role?

    I thrive on organisation, problem-solving, and process improvement. I love the challenge of coordinating multiple moving parts — production schedules, materials, and KPIs — to ensure everything comes together on time and at the highest quality.

    What does life outside work look like?

    I’m devoted to my family and love spending time socialising, visiting new places, and eating out. I also have a newfound love of running, which keeps me active, and I enjoy exploring the beauty industry in my spare time.
